Terms of Service

This is a portfolio demonstration project, not a commercial offering. Mindbase is built by 4mohdisa as a solo project to show how the system works. The “Skysail” workspace inside it is a synthetic demo company— its data is generated, not real. Nothing here is a live service, and no real company’s data is processed.

Using the demonstration

You are welcome to explore the Mindbase demonstration to understand what it does and how it is built. Because it is a demonstration and not a commercial service, it is provided as-is, with no service-level commitment, no guaranteed uptime, and no warranty of any kind. It may change, break, or be taken offline at any time.

The demo account

The shared demo account can browse everything and run the demo flows, but is deliberately read-mostly: it cannot rotate secrets, revoke devices, change autonomy limits, or trigger remediation. That boundary is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface. Please do not attempt to attack, overload, or break out of the demonstration.

The data is synthetic

The Skysail workspace and everything in it — people, incidents, skills, deploys — is generated demo data. It describes no real company and no real person. Nothing shown should be relied on as fact about any actual organisation.

What the system will and won’t do

The brain reasons over retrieved evidence and drafts proposals; a human approves before anything acts. Where the system would perform real work — such as opening a pull request — it does so only in an isolated sandbox, only with approval, and never by pushing to a production branch or touching live infrastructure. Actions that are not actually wired are labelled as pending rather than claimed.

No advice

Diagnoses, recommendations, and generated content produced in the demonstration are illustrative. They are not professional, legal, or operational advice, and should not be acted on as such.

About these terms

This is a portfolio demonstration by a solo developer. These terms describe that demonstration honestly; they do not create the obligations, governing law, or dispute terms that a real commercial agreement would. A production deployment would replace them with proper terms for its jurisdiction.
